Pieces of Me

I love purple. I always have.  My prom dress was purple.  My bridesmaids dresses were purple.  I'm not exactly Marie from Breaking Bad but I would kill for that purple Kitchenaid mixer she has. Two years ago Husband bought me purple Christmas baubles for our tree.  Mum bought me sparkly purple ribbons.  Last weekend we went to a Christmas fair and I stopped dead in my tracks when I saw this:

Isn't it pretty? I also wound up with purple gloves (which I've worn all week and so are already looking broken in) and purple slippers that make me think of muppets.

This weekend I got to add to the purple of my tree and support our local shelter when I picked up one of these for each of our fluffballs.
