Tidy Up

As part of our girls' weekend Mum and I headed to the Inn on the Cove Spa for a couple of hours.  Mum's not the world's biggest spa person (or shopping person) but she does these things for me.  She'd been in the Inn on the Cove before actually but I hadn't and wanted to check it out.  Unfortunately we discovered we were no longer able to book a spa package with lunch included.  This gave us permission to eat lovely battered and fried seafood later though!

I had a lovely mani-pedi.  Polish on my fingers never lasts for more than about two days before I do major damage to it.  After about five days I usually take it off so I decided to go with something fun and girly.  Once it's removed I'll still appreciate the nice, tidy cuticles and lovely shaping (plus I love hand massages!!).

I decided to go a little more serious with my toes and prepare for the rapidly approaching Fall... though really any time your toes are bare it can't be that cold!

Fall readiness seems to be a blog topic trend this week.  During our shopping in St. Andrews I got some very cute knitwear that I can't wait to show off.  Perhaps I'm ready to get on board with Fall fashion!
