Our household is teetering on the brink of a bit of a funk. We've not been the healthiest crew in the last week or so. I've been lucky and not wound up going down with whatever it was that put Husband in bed for two days at the end of last week. I was in bed by 9:40 last night though and feeling like it should be earlier tonight.
The good news is that we're trying not to give in to it. We're eating healthily (sitting here guarding my fruit/yoghurt/cottage cheese from the cats) and getting lots of water and giving in to going to bed early. I work at a university that offers lunch time fitness classes and I headed to step class yesterday.
So help me out, does anyone know a good intermediate yoga dvd? Thinking of adding yoga a couple of evenings and on weekends around here. Used to have a video back in university days that I really liked. Video references make me feel old!!
