Black & White & Red All Over

This outfit made me think of the old riddle "What's black and white and red all over?" which was originally a newspaper ("read" obviously) but when we were kids was things like a zebra or penguin with a sunburn.  According to google a penguin in a blender is now an acceptable answer as well.  How is a penguin in a blender ever an acceptable answer?!?!

Moving on then... I saw this Simon Chang dress in a great little boutique in Niagara on the Lake during our short stop there two weeks ago.  It has four pockets and no two are the same. Loved so many things in that shop! Got a super cute belt there as well.  Since it was going to be a bit breezy on the coast I couldn't resist adding some fun coloured tights.
